BASIC On-Leash Obedience

8,9 or 10 weeks of training in the home for ALL BREEDS & ALL AGES. This covers housebreaking, problem solving and obedience.  Lessons are once a week for 60-90min in length. If you have a puppy under 5 months of age, the lessons are spread out so your puppy has time to mature and understand what you are training him to do.

** also includes Crate training if needed and is designed for all dogs over 6 weeks of age.
**Some dogs will require more lessons depending on the age, severity of the problems, and temperament of the dog.  

Your Dog will learn 8 core basic commands on leash. Basic commands listed below.

ADVANCED Off-Leash Obedience

6 additional weeks of training as an extension to ON-LEASH training. This is an advanced course designed to give you the ultimate control over your pet. The lessons are one hour in length and are done in the home and in the park. This package includes all commands listed in the ON-LEASH package providing you with the ability to allow your dog off leash in safe and secure places.  Off leash Obedience is achevied with an electronic collar for safety.

Your dog will learn to respond to commands off a leash, 20 feet away or greater with distractions, as well as hand and voice commands.  

This package is for people who are serious about owning a well mannered pet.  

** Dogs must complete ON LEASH prior by Dogworks or be evaluated by the trainer if the dog has been previously trained by someone else. 

SINGLE Lessons

I offer single lessons for folks who may only want to do a lesson or two or prefer not to purchase training up front. Single lessons are also great for doing a “Brush up” on a dog previously trained by Dogworks.

First time lessons are 1.5 (90min) - 2.0 (120min) long.

Brush-up lessons are 1.5hrs (90min)

A phone consult is a great way to talk with me directly. The call can be anything dog related.

All phone consults need to be scheduled.
